Thermostat Settings for the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals

Question:
Does this model only allow for high or low temperature settings? There doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the temperature to a specific temp.

The Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Recessed Mount, # 324-000068 has low and high heat but also an auto setting. You have to go to the auto setting first and then you can adjust in one degree increments from 62-82 degrees.

I have the same problem. The fireplace works great with the exception of the auto temp feature. Is there a video or instructions how do make it work. It sounds like operator error on my end. Thanks for any help. Bob
