Im looking to see if a 2017 f350 3inch trailer hitch would fit on my 2015 f350 xlt super an long box.

The largest trailer hitch option we have available for a 2015 Ford F-350 is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT45508 which provides a 2-1/2" opening. There are no 3" opening options available for this vehicle. The capacities that the 2-1/2" opening provides will exceed the vehicles capabilities.
I would not be able to inform of fit on any factory trailer hitches.
