Locking Knob on Yakima RidgeBack Wont Loosen

If the knob is unlocked and not loosening/still spinning, sometimes what you will need to do is push or pull back on the SpeedKnob at the same time as turning it in order to get it to engage; do this with the key in. Another thing you can try that people have had luck with is wiggling the key a bit which can engage it.
