Can 18 inch Hitch Extender be Used with Longer Ball Mount

Can the Buyers Products 18 inch Hitch Receiver Extension with Step # 3371804017 be used with the Hidden Hitch Ball Mount - 3/4inch Rise, 2inch - 15-3/4inch Long. I ask because I have found no videos, photos or other information showing these items used together. That would be 34inch from TV receiver pin to ball center.

Using the Buyers Products hitch extender part # 3371804017 with the ball mount part # BM20 would work well but you'd need to be really careful not to exceed the reduced capacity due to the hitch extender. The extender reduces the capacity of the hitch to 30 percent due to the length and movement created.
