Yes, the 4-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Flat End for 3,700-lb Trailer Axles - 30" Long # SP-040275 would work on a 3500lb axle, they are just ever so slightly stiffer.

Now to make sure they will fit your trailer you will need to measure from the center of the spring eye to the end of the spring of your current leaf springs, and the width of the spring. You will need to make sure the axle is off the ground with no weight on spring, as weight on the spring will cause it to stretch and give you an inaccurate measurement.

The # SP-040275 measures 30" long from center of the spring eye to the end of the spring as shown in the included diagram, and is 1-3/4" wide. As long as this matches your current spring this would be a perfect replacement.
