The Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Titan Glossy # TH629807 should fit your 2020 Ford Expedition, but there are a few measurements you should take to verify. This cargo box fits roof racks that have a crossbar spread between 23-5/8" and 36-7/8" with crossbars that measure no more than 3-1/2" wide and no taller than 1-11/16". Crossbar spread is the distance from the center of one crossbar to the center of the next crossbar.

Now, in order to open your rear hatch you will need to make sure you have a distance of at least 51-1/4" from the center of the front crossbar all the way back to the line where the hatch and roof meet. I attached a photo to help illustrate the measurements that you need to take; I also included a demonstration video for you.

This cargo box has a very sleek and aerodynamic design which has reduced noise compared to other boxes. That said, there may still be some wind noise added. To help this, you may be able to add Yakima WindShield Fairing for Roof Racks - 40" Long # Y05017 which attaches to basically any crossbars as long as they are at least 40" long. This will do a great job of deflecting the wind to reduce noise/drag. I attached a demonstration video for this fairing.
