Need to know if the hardware is included or if it needs to be ordered , if so whats the order number??

All of our hitches are shipped with all the hardware necessary to install it. I have included a link to a video showing a hitch installation on a 2005 Chevy Impala that you may find helpful. You can also see the parts list on the attached instructions.
