Running boards are vehicle-specific, and the differences between a 2006 Ford F-150 and a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab make it so their respective tonneau covers are not interchangeable.
If you're looking for running boards for your Ram Pickup, I recommend going with the Westin Premier Oval Tube Steps w/ Custom Installation Kit, part # 22-6030-1015. They're 6" wide and 85" long. They have curved pads and molded plastic endcaps. I've linked to a video review of this below.
