The Rack'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17, does not have a height limitation. As long as your 21 inch wheel/tire is 6-1/2 inches wide or less, it will fit just fine. Add some straps like the # EM05710 # # 06303 and you will be good to go. Check out the video attached to see how it all works.
