I have a solution for you, but the Aries StyleGuard XD Custom Auto Floor Liner w/ OmniGrip - Thermoplastic - Rear - Black AAFR08321809 is specifically for carpet and it will not attach to vinyl correctly.
If your 2020 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Cab has bucket seats then I would go with WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Auto Floor Mat - Black # WT446972. If your truck has bench seats then go with WeatherTech 2nd Row Rear Auto Floor Mat - Black # WT446974. These are custom fit for your vehicle and offer a textured bottom layer to securely grip the flooring in your truck. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
