I have another option for you, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13204 you mentioned is only confirmed to fit the 2010 - 2020 Nissan Rogue.
For your 2007 Honda Pilot I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75599 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. This is the only hitch that will work with a full sized spare tire while not requiring trimming to the fascia.
If you are planning on towing with your Pilot you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118336.
