The CE Smith Keel Roller for Boat Trailers - Self Centering - PVC - 12" - 5/8" Shaft - Amber # CE29505 will work just fine on your boat trailer with bunks.
The correct height will be dependent on the design of your boat and how tall your bunk boards are, but using the CE Smith Adjustable Mounting Brackets for Keel Rollers - Galvanized Steel - 11-1/2" L - 1 Pair # CE32004G will allow you to fine tune the roller to your specific boat and trailer.
