It is likely that the GMC Trailer TPMS sensors you have will fit the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Black # LH97FR you were looking at as they have the standard .453" diameter valve stem hole. You will need to verify which size valve stem hole the GM sensors are designed to work with.

Moving on to making sure this wheel will fit your 2021 Grand Design Imagine 2910BH Travel Trailer you will need to verify that your current wheels use the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. You can do this by measuring your current wheels following the included help article.

As long as you have the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern the # LH97FR will fit just fine.

Lastly you will need to make sure you have enough clearance to run a larger tire. The smallest 16" trailer tire is going to be a ST235/80R16 like the # PRG80235 which is 9.3" wide and 30.8" tall. If you can tell me what size tires are currently on your trailer I would be happy to confirm how much clearance you will need for these tires to fit.

The ST235/80R16 # PRG80235 are going to be 2-1/2" taller overall, and just under a half an inch wider than your current ST225/75R15 tires. Measure from the top of your current tires to the bottom of your fender, and as long as you get a measurement of 4-1/4" or more you will not have any fitment issues.
