Will these work in addition with SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit? Or are they not needed because the SuperSprings are enough?

Yes, the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade can be used along with the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit. The correct kit for a 2013 Ford F-250 is part # TLA7310 for the StableLoad and part # SSA16 for the SuperSprings. They will both do a great job of providing additional support on their own but you can stack them if you feel more support is needed for your setup.
