Troubleshooting the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater

Question:
Have installed Fogatti tankless hot water service LSB64FR Getting error code Ec. Power on getting green light then about 20 seconds later getting Ec code. Can you help? Wire controller wont change from Ec

The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR must have proper pressure to function correctly. Ensure the propane tanks are full and the valves are fully open, verify water valves and pressure too. Are you connected to shore power or operating off battery? There must be a proper state of charge on the battery to function correctly. If all these items are verified as proper but you you continue to get an error code, try removing all power from unit for at least 15 minutes to reset, then attempt again. Please refer to the error codes in the User Manual.
