How To Choose Correct Replacement or Upgraded Equalizer

Question:
The equalizer Im replacing is 14 inches from eye bolt to eye bolt and I believe the road armor is 6 inched. Will this work for my application? My travel trailer is A 2014 Coachman Freedom Express liberty edition 312BHDS.

In regards to replacing or upgrading an equalizer like part # LC696740, you'll need to use one with the same or similar dimensions as the existing. The most important dimension is the distance between the lower two lowermost holes. If there isn't an equalizer with your exact dimensions then you can get a new shackle strap to make up the difference. I have attached a list below of our equalizers and shackle strap options.
I have personally never heard of a 14" long equalizer for double eye springs so if this is what you have there would be no options for replacement.
