On the draw-tite 65046. How far down does the receiver hang from the bottom of the frame of the truck mounting location?

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65046 is designed to sit flush with the underside of the lower bumper fascia skirt on a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. I have attached a photo which shows this. It sits as close to the underside of the bumper as possible without trimming.
If you're looking for an option that does not sit as low as the above, we do offer others such as the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31017 but this requires trimming of the bumper fascia skirt.
