What is the amount of Torque to secure this rim, and how often should that be checked?

Helpful Expert Reply:
1/2 inch lug nuts used on a 15 inch aluminum rim should be torqued to 90-100 ft-lbs and then checked and re-torqued if needed after 10, 25 and 50 miles. They should be checked monthly after that. If you do this, you should never need to worry about lug nuts coming loose.
I've provided a chart showing the proper torque values which varies according to the wheel size, the wheel stud size and the construction of the wheel.
I've linked to a product description video for the # AM20456 HWT wheel you'd looked at.
