Question:
When I turn it on everything works, except in about a minute the fan stops and no heat comes out. What do you think? Thanks

It sounds like the overheat protection is kicking in or that the thermostat on your Greystone 36" Electric Fireplace with Logs - Wall Mount - Black Item # 324-000073 might be going bad and thinking you're hitting the desired temperature and kicking off. The first thing you should do is pull the unit out and unplug it for 15 minutes and while it's unplugged and hard-resetting clean the side and rear vents of the unit with some compressed air.
If that doesn't fix your issue then either the thermostat or circuit board is bad. Unfortunately Greystone doesn't offer those replacement parts. I've linked our fireplace webpage so you can look at other models and brands of fireplaces incase you don't want to replace with the same model you already have.
