What Is The Diameter Of The Hole On Replacement Anti-Sway Cradles SP499?

Will this part work for a 1 inch diameter bar. It is on a hitch mount bike rack.

The Replacement Anti-Sway Cradles # SP499 have a hole diameter of 1-3/16 inches. This may fit nicely over your 1" bar but it is specifically made for the Swagman Titan and Swagman Trailhead bike racks and we have not tested it on other bike racks. If you can provide the model of bike rack that you have then I will gladly try to find any replacement parts that you may need.
