Question:
Do the side marker lights come on when I want to use the cameras with the motion detector add-on? How to you route power to the Furrion camera equipment when not plugged into the truck?

If you wire the camera wire of the LED Marker Light RV Side Cameras w/ Night Vision for Furrion Vision S Systems # FCE48TASL you were looking at to the running light circuit then the running light will be on any time the camera is on as that is where the power is coming from.
Now since you are wanting the camera to work even when the trailer is unplugged I recommend wiring the running light wire from the camera to the factory running light wire, and then running a new wire using # 16-1-1 from the camera wire to a switch like the # PK34308 and then from the switch the battery on your trailer. This will allow you to turn the camera portion of the # FCE48TASL by turning on the switch and it will work even if the trailer is not connected to your truck. The only down side of this is you will need to turn the switch on while you are towing for the camera to work, but is the only way to have the camera work without your trailer being connected to the truck.
I included a video of the # FCE48TASL for you to take a look at.
