I have a replacement option for you, but unfortunately with the Saris B.A.T. being discontinued replacements parts are pretty few and far between.

Instead I recommend replacing the bike rack with the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR which will fit in the trailer hitch receiver in your 2012 Ford F-150 and will allow you to carry 4 bikes weighing up to 35lbs each.
