I may have a solution for you, but typically custom fit hitches are not going to be able to be transferred between vehicles made by different manufacturers. For this reason, the Curt # C13575 will not fit on a 2018 Toyota RAV4. However, a nice hitch that won't break the bank and will fit on your 2018 Toyota RAV4 is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98864. This hitch is custom fit for a 2018 RAV4 and will give you a similar Class III hitch with 2" receiver, so you won't lose any real functionality and would be able to use it for towing, carrying bike racks or other hitch mounted accessories.
