In an Asks the experts response for the Truxedo Pro X15, Charles S stated The TruXedo Pro X15 # TX1472601 fits your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 as long as you have the 6-1/2 foot bed whether you have the Multi-Pro tailgate or not however, you wont be able to reach the grab handle which is a feature of that tailgate. Instead, use part # TX44FR for the version of the Pro X15 that allows access to the handle. My question is, what is the difference between the 2 model numbers TX1472601 and TX44FR?

The TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Polyester and Vinyl - Matte Black # TX1472601 will not work with the Multi-Pro tailgate handle, but the TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Polyester and Vinyl - Matte Black # TX44FR will allow use of the handle. I talked with TruXedo and they said that the only difference is that the # TX44FR has a section of the rail that is modified/cut, which allows compatibility with the Multi-Pro tailgate handle. Other than that, they are completely identical in every way.
The X15 is a low-profile bed cover which only sits 1/2" above the truck bed rails. This cover offers a simple installation process by easily clamping onto the truck bed rails, requiring no drilling. A nice feature is the heavy duty weather seals that are placed at the front and rear of the bed cover; this prevents water and dirt from entering the bed and affecting your cargo.
