Do they make a quick connect break control harness for a chrysler town n country 2003?

I am sorry, you will not be able to use a brake controller adapter. You will need to hardwire a 4-way plug, part # 118376, and use the Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit - 10 Gauge, part #ETBC7, with your brake controller.
