Question:
I have a 2004 Ford Expedition with factory towing package. I need the pigtail plug for the brake controller. Is it available thru you? Thanks

We do indeed have a harness that would work for you.
The actual plug and play harness you need will depend on who manufactured the brake controller you have. I'll run through some of the major players and the part number for the compatible harness:
• Tekonsha, Reese or Draw-Tite, use # 3035-P
• Curt, use # C51322
• Hayes, use # HA81783-HBC
• Redarc, use # RED87FR
• Hopkins, use # HM47715
If your controller is from a different manufacturer or just has blunt-ended wires exiting the rear without a connector on the end of it, you can use the # 3035-S harness. Most controllers use the following wire color code, the red wire carries the brake stop lamp signal, the black wire carries 12-v power to the controller, the white wire is ground and the blue wire carries the output voltage from the controller to the trailer connector and ultimately on to the trailer brakes. If this is the color code your controller uses, the # 3035-P would wire up color for color to your controller.
The factory brake controller connector will be gray in color, and should sit just to the right of the OBDII port, right above where your right knee would be while driving. The video I've linked shows the exact location.
