Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount - I have a Tesla Model S with the Troklift Ecohitch. The hitch is unusually low to come under the rear bumper. Will there be clearance issues with this rack? Can the rack be angled upwards a little to create more clearance at the rear end?

You are right that with the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7201 installed on your Tesla Model S you have very little ground clearance but while I have another option for you, the Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y02443-2 can not be tilted up to raise the rear of the carrier for increased ground clearance.
Instead I recommend taking a look at the Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Tilting # SA4026F which is designed with the rear two bikes raised for increased ground clearance when going up or down steep inclines making it a perfect option for the less than ideal ground clearance on the Model S.
Keep in mind that the # 306-X7201 has a tongue weight rating of 300lbs. The Saris # SA4026F weighs in at 63lbs making it one of the lightest 4 bike carriers, but even so that will only allow the bikes loaded on the rack to weigh a combined 237lbs.
