Will an air gate off of a 2006 Chevy, fit on a 2000 Chevy?

Are you speaking of a Truck Tailgate Net like the # TR-03 from Bully? If so, the # TR-03 tailgate net is designed for full sized trucks and would work with both a 2000 Silverado and a 2006 model.
As far as a Stromberg Carlson Series 100 tailgate goes like the # VGM-07-100 that you'd looked at goes, If your 2000 Chevy is actually a Silverado and not a C/K series (the 2000 model year was a split model year for GM trucks, Chevy made both a C/K series and the Silverado). If your 2000 Chevy was the Silverado model, then it would use the same Series 100 tailgate as the 2006 which would be # VGM-99-100.
