Question:
I have a 2012 Honda Pilot with the working 4 pin connector installed. New trailer has a 7 blade connector. Is there a harness that I can purchase that just swaps the cord to the gray plug under bumper? Or do i need to switch relays and fuses and use the full part 118265? Please advise.

To set your 2012 Honda Pilot with a tow package up with a 7-way connector, you will in fact need the T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118265. There is not an adapter that will allow you to use your 4-way with a 7-way. If there was, you would lose the functionality of your trailer's 7-way.
Since your trailer has a 7-way, it probably has brakes that need to be controlled and possibly a battery that can be charged. These functions require your vehicle to be set up with a fully-functioning 7-way.
The T-One comes with a set of instructions to help with installation as you can see in the video review I've linked to below.
As for the brake controller, which you will probably need, I recommend the Curt Echo, part # C51180. It has a very simple installation (just connect to the 7-way) and connects to your phone via bluetooth for control. I've linked to a video review of this controller as well.
