Setting up a Rambox equipped truck for 5th wheel towing presents a unique challenge. The challenge is that the Ramboxes make the inside of the truck be significantly more narrow, which means the pin box will strike the sides of the bed during turns. Plus, because the bed is so much more narrow, with most hitches you won't be able to pull out the latch handle out far enough to open the hitch jaws because the handle ends up hitting the bed side.
The good news is that we do offer a solution that will work perfectly on a Rambox equipped truck, but you'll need to install a rotating pin box like the Reese Sidewinder on the 5th wheel. The Sidewinder relocates the pivot point between the hitch and the 5th wheel from the intersection of the king pin and the hitch jaws 22 inches rearward, to the point where the pin box attaches to the 5th wheel. Because the pin box itself won't rotate, there'll be no danger of it hitting the bed side. The Sidewinder is pin box specific, so you'll need to know the brand and part number of the pin box in order to choose the correct Sidewinder model. There should be an ID plate on the pin box that identifies it. I'll link you to a help article that explains how the Sidewinder works. There's also a listing of the various Sidewinder models available and which OEM pin boxes they replace.
For a hitch, I'd recommend the B&W Patriot, part # BWRVK3200 for a 16K capacity or # BWRVK3255 for an 18K capacity. The Patriot features a unique actuating handle that pivots forward toward the truck cab, so it'll work just fine with the Rambox. To install the hitch, you'd need the # C16306-204 bracket/rail kit which is a fit unless you have the factory air suspension. If you DO have the factory air suspension, use # RP50142-58.
For the wedge that prevents the pin box from rotating at the hitch, Reese offers a B&W compatible wedge, part # SWW-06.
Finally, if you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you can do so using part # C56000.
I've linked to installation and description videos for the products mentioned above.
