u-haul wired a 4 pin on my pilot _ Can I also wire the 7 pin that was recommended on e-trailer?

Yes. You can add a 7 way to your 2011 Honda Pilot and the 4 way that has been installed can still be used. Without knowing exactly what was installed previously, I would think they likely just used a 4 way kit that taps into the tail lights and the Tekonsha # 118253 uses the factory wiring harness for a 7 way; this means they'll be installed independently and you can use the Tekonsha kit to install a 7 way without any issues and you'll have both harnesses present to cover your towing needs.
