How do I solve this problem? The security cap keeps me from tightening the racks. I dont mind replacing the locks, but how do I unlock them? Is there a master key? If you do not have the key and can no longer unlock the lock cylinder on the Rhino Rack 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, then you will want to drill out the center of the locks just enough to remove them.
You can then install a new set of locks Rhino-Rack Masterkey Lock Barrels - Keyed Alike - Qty 4 # RRRK005-4.
