1993 Toyota Camry LE 4 door wagon / 6 cyl. bare roof. I am interested in building a surfboard rack using permanently installed rails similar to surco R6200. Please advise of my options. Thank you.

Using an aftermarket roof rack that does not require drilling is going to be the best option. It is designed and test fit with having the correct mounting points to the vehicle that are listed in the installation instructions. There are not any fixed/permanent options for your vehicle listed, this could be that there is not any structurally safe mounting points on the roof from the vehicle manufacturer.
