What Size Power Wire do I Need to Run the Furrion Artic RV Refrigerator

Question:
I am looking at the Furion 12V 10 cubic foot fridge FR32SR. I am looking at converting from my current 2 way Dometic Fridge. What size 12 volt wire must be ran for the Furion fridge? Will the 12 volt supplied wire for the controls of the current Dometic fridge work? Thank you.

To power your Furrion Arctic RV Refrigerator with Freezer part # FR92SR you will use at least a 12 gauge wire. This will ensure plenty of current gets through delivering the power needs of the unit.
Your original wire for the control unit is likely to be way too small. Those tend to be 16-18 ga. and do not have the capacity to carry the power needed.
