Question:
Hi there, Can you please confirm if a Class I trailer hitch for a 2018 Mazda CX-3 will also fit a 2018 CX-5? Thanks

Neither the Curt, part # C11418, nor the Draw-Tite, part # 24933, that are made for the 2018 Mazda CX-3 are compatible with the 2018 Mazda CX-5. The mounting areas are different on the frames, so they are not interchangeable.
If you are looking for a hitch for your CX-5, then I recommend the Curt Class III, part # C13315. It has a towing capacity of 4000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of 600 pounds. It has a 2" receiver, but you can use your older 1-1/4" accessories using an adapter like part # HT02.
I've linked to a video installation of this hitch for you to look at.
