Question:
I have an E-trailer hitch #87568 on my 2013 Subaru Outback. I will be pulling a Camplite 13foot RV weighing less then 3000lbs loaded. The dealer recommends a sway reduction system but my hitch does not allow a weight distribution system so which sway reduction setup alone is best for my needs? I like the look and description of the dual cam RP26002 but unsure of how it would work without a weigh distribution setup.

Since the Hidden Hitch # 87568 is not rated for use with a weight distribution system I would not recommend you attempt to use a system with it.
The best recommendation I could give you would be to load your trailer properly and if you are experiencing any sag you could install a set of Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1094R. These will help your vehicle ride level by giving extra support to the rear suspension.
There is a sway control system that can be used without a weight distribution system, but the dual cam setups like what the # RP26002 are designed for will require the use of a weight distribution system.
I would recommend you get a Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660. This unit bolts to the trailer frame and will also require a Reese Sway-Control Bracket # RP26003.
