Question:
do you carry a 1 1/4 receiver for a 2014 Lexus RX 350? I see a 2 inch but not a 1 1/4. Thanks

The only trailer hitch receiver size available for your 2014 Lexus RX 350 is a 2 inch hitch, but there are adapters if you were looking to use an accessory with a 1-1/4 inch shank in a 2 inch hitch. For that the best option is the Brophy Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02.
The Brophy is what I recommend because it will not reduce the tongue weight capacity of a 2" hitch like other hitch reducers, though you do have to abide by the Brophy's 300 lb tongue weight rating.
So the best option for your 2014 Lexus RX 350 is going to be that along with a 2" hitch, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75676.
