2000 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 2 and 4 wheel drive. I have a Reece 5th wheel hitch, need the bed rails for it. Do I need brackets to attach to it or anything else?

To install a fifth wheel hitch on your 2000 GMC Sierra, you can choose a Universal Kit, like the # RP30035 you mentioned or a Custom Install Kit, like part # RP50064-58.
Each install kit includes the bed rails that attach the hitch to the vehicle, the frame brackets that join the bed rails to the vehicle frame and all necessary installation hardware.
I would recommend the Custom Install Kit, # RP50064-58 as it would significantly reduce the install time.
If you do not already have a 7-way in the truck bed, you will also need a fifth wheel wiring harness, part # PK11893-11932.
Keep in mind, if you have the 6-1/2 foot bed, you will need to use a sliding fifth wheel hitch.
