Will the Hollywood Racks bike rack you mentioned work with my 60" wheelbase 60lb E-Bike?

I do have an option that will better fit your needs but the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HR1000Z-R will only support bikes weighing 45lbs or less. For your 60lb E-Bike with a 60" wheel base I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR which will support bikes up to 80lbs each with a maximum wheel base of 60".
