Yes, the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack part # UF38-944016 can be powered from the tow vehicle's battery. I suggest simply attaching a trailer connector to the end of the power wire and extending if needed, similar to the etrailer Electric Jack with Footplate and 7-Way Plug part # EJ-3527-BBX.
That said, the Ultra-Fab pulls more power than the etrailer so you really can't use the 7-way socket due to the wire gauge difference. I recommend installing part # PK11852 on the jack and part # PK11851 on the vehicle wired directly to the battery with the appropriate size wire.
