We carry WeatherTech mud flaps that will fit your vehicle, but they are not the ones you referenced. After speaking with my contact at WeatherTech, I have found the WeatherTech Mud Flaps #WT110020-120020 you have referenced are not compatible for your 2008 Ford F-250 as they are custom-made for the 2011-2012 models.
However, the WeatherTech mud flaps # WT110012-120008 are custom-made for your non-dually Ford F-250 with fender flairs. There is no drilling or tire removal required for installation and they are made in the US. I have attached a link to the instructions for the proper installation of these items. If your vehicle does not have fender flairs, I recommend the # WT110009-120001 mud flaps.
