Tool Box and Tonneau that Fits 2020 Ford F-350 Long Bed

I'm looking at a 2020 or 2021 F350 with the Ford puck system for the hitch. The hitch will be lower than the rails. No, the cover doesn't have to cover the toolbox. I'd prefer to be able to access the toolbox without opening the Tonneau cover if possible. Thank you.

What year of truck are you getting? Is the Companion hitch one that fits OEM Ford rails? Are you wanting the tonneau to fit over the tool box?
