The Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit part # FHDPW330300 needs to be installed by a professional AWS welder which I am not so I would not be able to offer advice on the installation of the product. That said, if you are not comfortable with welding the hinge kit we do offer a bolt-on option, the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit part # FHDPB330301.
