Does Bulldog Winch Mount fit 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500

Question:
My 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500 ATV has a factory double tube bumper with a winch fairhead mounting plate mounted in the bumper. It is offset to the right as viewed from the front of the ATV. Will the BDW15102 fit this ATV?
