After speaking with my contact at Tow Ready, I have found that their OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness # 118265 is compatible for your 2013 Honda Pilot. I have included instructions for the proper installation of this product.
Along with the wiring harness, I recommend the Plews Edelmann Dielectric Grease # 11755, which will protect your electrical connections with a specialized formula that protects your wiring from corrosion and water damage.
