ibe hooked up everything like in the video ...flashers brake lights arr ok but on my crv 2016 the light fuse just keeps bustin all the time maybe the ground...?

Since your light fuse on your 2016 Honda CR-V keeps blowing with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118561 connected, there must be a short somewhere. A fuse blowing means there is too much of an amperage draw meaning a power wire must be grounding somewhere. It is likely before the module so you can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check each connection. If you find that there isn't an issue before the unit, then the module may have an issue.
