The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11363 is a fit for the 2012 thru 2019 Fiat 500 E. The Abarth is the only model it will not fit.
If you will be towing with this hitch, I also recommend the ball mount # 3593 with hitch ball # 19258. Then for wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118546 which connects behind the taillights and draws power directly from the vehicle battery to protect your electronics.
