To fit a woman's bike on your Rola TX-104 Hitch Bike Rack # 59401 for your 2011 Toyota Highlander, I recommend the Swagman Easy-Out Womens Bike Adapter # 64005. It allows a level transport of womens bikes and provides easy loading and unloading of your bike as well as the secure and safe transportation of your bike. I have included a link to a video review of this product.
The weight capacity for this item is 35 lbs and the securing clips are operated by pushing a button instead of unscrewing. Due to the ease of attaching and removal of this product, a locking cable might be a good idea to use during transporting your bikes. I recommend using the integrated cable lock that comes with the bike rack for additional safety and security while traveling.
