My jensen stereo will not load dvds.

If your Jensen RV Stereo # JWM70A will not load DVDs, and you are sure they are not damaged in any way, then there is an internal issue with player.
The stereo has a 1-year warranty, but if that has expired you will need to get a new Jensen RV Stereo # JWM70A.
