I already bought this C49UR brake controller. Can you tell me if it can work with my 2019 AWD Sienna? The van does NOT have factory tow package. I am having a hitch put on to tow my R-POD 18.

Your 2019 Toyota Sienna is absolutely compatible with the Curt Assure Trailer Brake Controller # C49UR.
Since you do not have the tow package you will need to add the wiring to allow you to use the brake controller; please note that the correct 4-way will depend on your Sienna's model as there is a version for SE models and for non-SE models. The parts you need are the following:
